Robert Stirling, the founder of Stirling Law and The Law Office of Robert J. Stirling and sole practitioner, is dedicated to helping people in difficult situations.  Whether the client is injured in an accident, is in a real estate dispute, or has simply fallen on hard times financially, Robert Stirling is committed to getting the client past the unfortunate circumstance.

Robert Stirling is a California native, having attended Sacramento State University.  Robert Stirling then attended Lorenzo Patino School of law graduating Magna Cum Laude and as Valedictorian of his class.  While at Lorenzo Patino School of law, Mr. Stirling served on the Student Body, and interned with the California State Public Defender where he worked on the appeal of various capital murder cases.  

Mr. Stirling has worked in the insurance industry as an insurance adjuster, and thus, understands the inside and out of the insurance industry.

Following graduation from Lorenzo Patino School of Law, Mr. Stirling passed the California Bar Exam after one attempt and began the practice of ensuring that injured victims are adequately compensated.  The practice was later expanded to the areas of real estate litigation and Bankruptcy.

Mr. Stirling is a law school professor at the Lorenzo Patino School of law where he teaches Civil Procedure, Torts (including Negligence, product liability and premesis liability) and Insurance Law to first and second year law students.

Mr. Stirling is also the founder of Stirling Properties, a real estate brokerage firm employing agents primarily engaged in the sale and purchase of residential and commercial properties providing valuable insight and experience in the real estate industry.
